It is time that we have a new conversation.

One thing I know to be true is that we don’t need more books on how to organize our homes. There is plenty of content out there on how to go about the process of organizing our homes and our lives.

Is the goal to organize or is the goal to simplify?

I believe the answer is simplification. Organizing can help us achieve a simplified life, but the fact remains that it isn’t enough on it’s own. We must look at the other areas of our life and determine how to simplify there as well.

The language I speak is the language of less. There is an art to letting go and there is beautiful freedom in simplicity.

HANKS REALTY TEAM INTERVIEWS JENNIFER BURNHAM, ORGANIZATION COACH

In the interview, Jennifer and Matthew discuss how she started the business, how it has evolved since 2010, and what organizing is and is not.

Jennifer reminds listeners that getting organized and simplifying your home is a slow and steady pace, because that’s what wins the race.

Matthew inquires about the tendency to be more organized in one area of the home (or life) than in others. Jennifer teaches that priority often determines what areas we are more organized and more disciplined in.
